We're off to a great start on our 60-second film challenge with our visiting British students. Today students formed groups, picked their props and started brainstorming possible story ideas. I just want to remind everyone that we will be here after school all this week for anyone who wants to put in extra time on their films. We only have this week to complete this project so anything you can do to get ahead will be very helpful.
The next immediate step for all groups is to complete their production folders. That includes the following:
- Completed 1 page script (using Google Docs) correctly formatted (use the guide we included in your folders)
- Carefully created storyboards (minimum 12 boxes- that's the bare minimum)
- A detailed shot list of all the shots you need in order to create your film.
- A completed and agreed upon production schedule
